Sales and refund terms

Please review these policies carefully before placing your orders at agarosebeads.com. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at the agarosebeads.com constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

Payment methods

ABT allows you to make your purchases at agarosebeads.com with the payment methods described below. Please read carefully our policies with respect to payment methods before you place your order.

When you provide ABT with your card information, ABT will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. ABT will not bill your credit card or process a transaction under your debit or check card until your order ships.

Agarosebeads.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. ABT is unable to accept credit, debit, or check cards issued by banks outside of the United States.

Agarosebeads.com requires the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchases to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard or Discover).

Shipping Charges

In addition to the price of your purchases, ABT will charge you shipping charges based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If you phone in your order, the ABT sales representative will provide an estimated dollar total of your order including any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. The proof of purchase that ABT mails to you will include any applicable shipping charge.

A 7% Tax is applicable for shipping within Florida.

Tax-Exempt Orders

If you place your order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call ABT Support at +1-813-908-2589. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. 

Shipping options

This shipping dates apply once your order has been processed and picked up by the courier. Processing orders may take 1 or 2 business days.

• FedEx 2Day: By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
• FedEx Standard Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas. 
• FedEx Priority Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

Order Processing

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. ABT does not begin payment processing until ABT receives all the information that it needs and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card.

ABT will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Prices

Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable shipping charges. ABT reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at agarosebeads.com at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the store.

Product Availability

Products IN STOCK: Depending on shipping options chosen, from 1 to 3 business days.
Products with ADVANCED ORDER available: 10 to 14 business days.
Products OUT OF STOCK: Inquire.

Shipping dates estimated may change due to product availability. For products out of stock please inquire us about estimated time delay.

If the estimated time changes, ABT will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping date.

ABT makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when ABT confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products, either at all or in the quantities ordered. These occasions can include when ABT learns that the products have a delay at manufacturing or when there was a pricing error at the ABT store when you ordered. In those circumstances, ABT will contact you to inform you. ABT will cancel your order for products ABT cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.

Product Return Policy

PRODUCTS THAT ARE OPENED ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. ABT does accept Returns for unopened Products, which are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Please be advised you are welcome to buy as many products as you wish but understand we will ONLY REFUND unopened products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please call +1-813-908-2589 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 15 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.

If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, ABT will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable! All returns will be assessed a service and handling return fee of $10.00 per credit issued. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. Credits are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility. The terms of this guarantee are subject to change with or without notice.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please Follow These Simple Steps to Complete a Return Refund Request

All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

Fraudulent Chargeback Policy

The charge that will appear on YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will be “ABT” or “AGAROSE BEAD TECHNOLOGIES.” If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and received, there will be a $75.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE - If you do not remember making the purchase - call the number on your statement next to the charge BEFORE calling your bank.

Other terms and conditions

• ABT is not responsible for typographical errors. ABT reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the ABT online store concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
• ABT reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at agarosebeads.com at any time.
• ABT may make changes to any products offered at the store, or to the applicable prices for any such products, at any time, without notice.
• ABT reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to agarosebeads.com, for any reason; (2) to modify or change agarosebeads.com, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of agarosebeads.com, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
